The TF-600 thermal conductive powder is made of several inorganic minerals treated by grain size distribution and equivalent chemical modification and is a kind of cost-effective thermal conductive material with high heat conductivity coefficient. It is widely used in the manufacturing fields of copper-clad plates, LED lamp holders, engineering plastics, refrigerator ice cubes, cell phones, computer CPU, conducting strips, conducting paste (grease) and putty between communication hosts and heat radiators.
According to chemical structural changes of the substrates, it can be developed into several targeted products completely dispersible in epoxy resin, polyacrylic ester resin, polyurethane resin, amino resin, silicon rubber and engineering plastics like PA, PE, PP,PS and ABS and can produce targeted products completely dispersible in silicon rubber, amine resin , polyacrylic ester, epoxy resin and polyurethane resin.
There are "slurry" and "powder" two kinds of supply states, and slurry solvents are designated by the customer or we recommend.
