After modification treatment, a special coating structure is formed on the surface of calcium carbonate powder, which can significantly improve its dispersibility and affinity in the polymer matrix, and can also produce interfacial interactions with the polymer matrix, thereby improving the impact strength, smoothness, and other properties of the product. It is an excellent incremental filling additive.

1.Breathable membrane
Application scope: Masks, diapers, sanitary napkins, warming stickers, etc.
Application characteristics: The product has uniform particle size and narrow particle size distribution. It is made with a special processing formula and has good thermal stability, good dispersibility, hydrophobicity, breathability, excellent processing and mechanical properties.
2. Ink, adhesive
Application scope: Suitable for offset printing ink, gravure printing ink, etc.
Application characteristics: Ink formulated with active calcium has good body, bone, and viscosity, thus possessing excellent printing performance; Good stability; Dry quickly; The particles are small, so the printed product is smooth and the dots are complete, which can improve the smoothness of the ink and is suitable for high-speed printing.
3. Rubber
Application scope: Natural rubber, nitrile, butadiene styrene, mixed rubber, etc., suitable for rubber products such as tires, hoses, tapes, oil seals, automotive parts, etc.
Application characteristics: After surface modification treatment, nano calcium has good compatibility with rubber, with reinforcement, filling, color matching, improved processing performance and vulcanization performance. It can make rubber easy to mix and disperse, and the gel is soft and the rubber surface is smooth after mixing; It can fundamentally improve the extensibility, tensile strength, tear strength, and other properties of the product; It can reduce the gel content or partially replace expensive white fillers such as titanium dioxide and white carbon black, and improve the market competitiveness of the product.
4. Plastic
Main application scope: PVC profiles, pipes, wire and cable outer shell rubber particles; Production of PVC film (rolled film), manufacturing of footwear industry (such as PVC shoe soles and decorative patches), etc.
Application characteristics: Due to the lipophilic and hydrophobic surface of active calcium, it has good compatibility with resins and can effectively improve or adjust the rigidity, toughness, smoothness, and bending strength of products; Improving processing performance, enhancing the rheological properties, dimensional stability, and heat resistance of products has the functions of filling, strengthening, and toughening. It can replace some expensive fillers and additives, reduce the amount of resin used, thereby reducing product production costs and improving market competitiveness.
5. Paint
Application scope: water-based coatings and oil-based coatings.
Application characteristics: Greatly improve the thixotropy of the system, significantly enhance the adhesion, scrub resistance, stain resistance of the coating, improve strength and surface smoothness, and have good anti settling effect. It can partially replace titanium dioxide and reduce costs.
6. Paper making
Application scope: cigarette paper, record paper, booklet printing paper, high whiteness copperplate paper, as well as high-end sanitary napkins, diapers, etc.
Application characteristics: It can be used as a filler for paper, white pigment for copperplate paper, filler for calcium plastic paper, etc. in papermaking; Adding active calcium to papermaking can improve the paper's bulk density, apparent fineness, and water absorption; Improve the strength and high-speed printability of specialty paper; Adjust the burning speed of cigarette paper.
